Copying Schedules

ScheduleBase allows you to copy a weekly schedule up to six weeks into the future. This will greatly reduce data entry time when a person's schedule does not vary that much from week to week.

To copy a schedule, first navigate to the week that you wish to copy. Next, select Copy Schedule from the Options menu on the Schedule tab. Select the number of weeks, desired people and press the Copy button.

Overwrite Existing Schedule

By default, ScheduleBase will not copy over any existing information. This preserves any pre-scheduled information like time-off, holidays, notes, etc.

Select the Overwrite Existing Schedule option if you want ScheduleBase to copy over any pre-existing scheduling information.

TIP If you only wish to copy a particular Group, select that Group from the View dropdown prior to Copy Schedule.
