Managing Your Subscription (administrators only)

ScheduleBase is a secure web-based software service. To subscribe, go to the Admin page, click on Billing Information and enter your credit card information.


Your credit card will not be billed until your subscription is due and no other administrator will be able view or access your credit card information.

 

Note The credit card entered will be automatically billed each month for a variable amount based on the number of people in the account at the time the invoice is processed. You will be sent an email notice each time ScheduleBase processes a payment. 


Viewing account history and receipts
You can view account payment history and print receipts at any time by clicking on View Account History from the Admin page.


Taking over payment responsibilities from another administrator
Any administrator in your account can assume payment responsibilities and subscribe to this service. To do this, go to the Admin page, click on Billing Information and enter your credit card information. ScheduleBase will remove the current subscribers billing information and make you the active subscriber.


Remove billing information
If you no longer wish to be billed for ScheduleBase, go to the Admin page, click on Billing Information and remove your credit card information. Your ScheduleBase service will end when your subscription expires. 


Note Only administrators can manage the subscription for an account.
