Notifications

Notifications allow you to easily view all future requests that staff members have made.

Example

A staff member requests a day off three months from today. The next time you login to ScheduleBase you will be notified of this request.

Click on the Notifications indicator link from the Schedule page to view all pending notifications. ScheduleBase will display all pending requests for today and into the future. Use the View dropdown to see all notifications for a particular group. Use the List dropdown to list notifications by the date that the request was made for or the date that the request was posted on.

Click the date link on a notification to navigate to that date and locate the request. The notification will be removed once a Scheduler or Administrator has responded to the request.

Note ScheduleBase does not display notifications for requests prior to today.
